You saved a PowerPoint file in SlideShow format, and now you want to edit it. How?? Well, I can tell you that NO CONVERTER IS NEEDED! You just have to rename the extension of the file. Why do that?
Because the content is practically the same, just that SlideShow only SHOWS and no EDIT allowed. Now just follow these steps, and you'll be on your way:
- Open any folder.
- Click 'Tools' > 'Folder Options' > 'View' tab.
- Untick 'Hide extensions for known file types'.
- Click 'OK' to confirm and close window.
- Now, find that file and rename .pps into .ppt (or .ppsx into pptx)
And you're all set to go!
